Prince of Speed World Championship ISWC 2023

16/12/2022

Principe Baldini, the tireless organiser of the Prince of Speed since 2018, has been rewarded for his efforts, as he will be organising the Prince of Speed World Championship ISWC 2023 from 21 to 30 April 2023 in La Palme in the south of France.

It was at the Paris Boat Show last weekend that the information became official, even though it had been starting to be talked about for a few days... After years of silence, the discipline of speed sailing will once again have its own world championship in 2023, a competition that will take place in La Palme in the Aude region in the South of France and entitled Prince of Speed World Championship ISWC!

The Prince of Speed World Championship ISWC will have a prize money of €15,000 and will feature 5 world titles, Windsurf Open men and women, Youth Open men and women and Windfoil Open. This event will take place on the famous spot of Le Rouet in La Palme, a place that has proven itself over the last few years and which should therefore welcome a great field with a long awaited international speed event!
