Clap de fin in Le Rouet

18/09/2022

After a disappointing last day on Saturday with a less strong Tramontane than expected on the Prince of Speed - Coupe de France de vitesse, the competition ends with the victory of Antoine Albeau ahead of Matteo Iachino and Pascal Boulanger.
On Saturday, the second day of the Prince of Speed - Coupe de France de vitesse on the spot of Le Rouet in La Palme in the south of France, the weather forecast and the conditions on the spot were clearly different.

With 2 runs at more than 41 knots (41.89 and 41.59 knots), Antoine Albeau won this event ahead of Matteo Iachino (winner in 2021) and Pascal Boulanger who, at 60 years old this year, is definitely still in the game in this discipline!
Video verification obliges, it is later in the week that all the official times will be known and in particular some interesting performances in foil...
